On 1 June 2023, the 17th conference organised by the
Department of Mechanics and Computational Engineering and the
Student Scientific Society of Computer Methods.
Topics of the papers included: computer-aided engineering, engineering works, mechanics of materials, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, biomechanics, diagnostics, control, computer science, optimisation, experimental research.
The conference has been for many years patronised by two companies that are tutors of the specialities pursued in our Department, namely: IBS Poland and MESco
This year, 30 papers were published in the conference materials, however 17 papers were presented during the conference.
This year, a cash prize donated by IBS Poland was awarded to Maria Zadoń, M.Sc., while prizes in the form of a course on selected simulation issues in Ansys software were awarded to Jakub Kulik, Szymon Tiebler, and Julia Nowak.
