During the ‘14th International Conference BIOMDLORE 2023‘ in Bialystok on 22-24 October 2023, a competition was held for young scientists attending the event.

We are pleased to announce that the second place was won by Maria Zadoń, M.Sc., who is a doctoral student at the Doctoral School and is pursuing her dissertation at the Department under the supervision of prof. Marek Jasiński.
The title of the awarded thesis is: “Numerical analysis of oxygen distribution in biological tissue exposed to external heat impulse regarding the influence of oxyhemoglobin dissociation curve parameters“.
