On April 21, 2023, an industrial visit was held by students of the 5th Secondary School with Bilingual Departments. Andrzej Strug in Gliwice implementing projects on "Application of modern steel laser cutting technology in the automotive industry" and "Laser processing as a modern technology in surface engineering" led by tutor prof. Mirosław Bonek. Second year students of the Mathematics and Physics profile take part in the project. During the visit, the students got acquainted with the activities of the construction, technology and production departments and analyzed the laser cutting process. The project is implemented in cooperation with JT Stal Serwis Sp. z o. o. from Ruda Śląska.
The effects of the projects will be presented at the International Student Scientific Conference TalentDetector2023_Summer, which will take place on June 26, 2023 in Brenna.
