Special issue of the Energies journal

We would like to announce that editors of the special issue of the Energies journal (MDPI) "Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Applications in Smart Energy Systems" dr hab. Inż. Marcin Blachnik prof SUT (Department of Industrial Informatics, Faculty of Materials Engineering), dr hab. Inż. Grzegorz Dudek, prof. PUT,  (Department of Automatic Control, Electrical Engineering and Optoelectronics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Częstochowa University of Technology) invite to publish articles.

A journal with an Impact Factor of 3,2 currently has 140 Ministerial points.

This Special Issue aims to present original research articles, review papers, and case studies that demonstrate innovative applications of AI and ML in smart energy systems.

  • Intelligent control and optimization of energy systems;
  • Big data analytics for smart grids;
  • Reinforcement learning for energy management;
  • Deep learning for energy system modeling and simulation;
  • Cybersecurity and privacy in smart energy systems;
  • Human–machine interactions and decision making in smart energy systems.
