Green Technologies in Materials Engineering
On June 10, 2025, we had the great pleasure of welcoming participants of the "Green Technologies in Materials Science" project to our faculty. This initiative is co-financed by the European Union under the Just Transition Fund (FESL.10.25-IZ.01-0796/23-00) and implemented at the Silesian University of Technology (project number: 11/030/FSD24/1211). Students from Walerian Łukasiński High School No. 1 in Dąbrowa Górnicza participated in the workshop "Electronics - Precious Equipment and Precious Waste: How to Recover Precious Metals Without Harm to the Environment?"
Workshop leaders: dr inż. Joanna Willner, prof. dr hab. inż. Mariola Saternus, dr inż. Tomasz Maciąg. It was inspiring, creative, and interactive! Thank you all for your active participation and commitment!
