If you are interested in any form of support and have not yet participated in the project,
please fill out the electronic recruitment form or download and complete the required recruitment documents.

After completing the form, you will receive a PDF file by email within 7 working days for self-printing (double-sided). It must be signed and promptly submitted to the Project Office (or placed in the project’s black drop box at the WIB reception desk).

The form below should be filled out ONLY ONCE. After successfully completing the recruitment process, you may apply to participate in the selected form of support.

After completing the ELECTRONIC RECRUITMENT FORM, apply for the selected form of support by clicking “APPLY FOR THIS FORM OF SUPPORT”. Then, fill out the electronic application form or download and complete the appropriate application documents. One participant may apply for several forms of support.

Currently, the recruitment process is underway for activities planned for 2025.

As part of the current recruitment round, students may apply for:

Funding of industrial internships for students of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering in domestic enterprises. Before applying, an invitation from the enterprise with a defined internship period is required. APPLICATIONS WITHOUT AN INVITATION FROM A COMPANY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Recruitment for support forms dedicated to students of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, as listed in §4 point 2.13, will be carried out based on a substantive evaluation using the following criteria, rated on a scale of 0–5 points:

  • Justification of the need for funding (weight: 0.4),

  • Grade point average from the previous semester (weight: 0.6).

Internships or student placements carried out under the project must last a minimum of 160 hours.
Each participant may take part in only one internship or student placement within the project.

The ranking list of accepted Project Participants will be published during the first week of each month. Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis, and the number of available places is limited.
