Three Minute Thesis® – Polish your English – extended deadline

We have extended the submission deadline for the Three Minute Thesis® – Polish Your English competition for PhD students. Videos for the preliminaries can now be submitted until April 22.

Three Minute Thesis® – Polish your English! is open to all PhD students from universities and research institutes in the Silesian Voivodship. Participants must explain their dissertation topics in a clear and engaging way – in just three minutes – for a broad, non-specialist audience.

Competition schedule

PRELIMINARIES:

until April 22 – submit a 3-minute video of presenting the key aspects of your doctoral research

until April 28 – The jury will evaluate the video submissions and select 20 participants for the elimination round

LIVE PRESENTATIONS:

May 10 – elimination. The jury will select 10 finalists.

FINAL:
June 6 – live presentations in front of an audience
