Public defense of the doctoral dissertation of Michal Stebel, M.Sc.
We would like to invite you to the defense of the doctoral dissertation of Michal Stebel, M.Sc., entitled. "Numerical analysis of conjugate heat and mass transfer phenomena in food freezing using hydrofluidisation impingement method".
The defence will be held on Tuesday, 18 October 2022, 8:30, in the Faculty Council Room (B-200) at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Energy in Gliwice, 20 Konarskiego Street.
The thesis is promoted by Prof. Jacek Smolka, D.Sc., assistant promoter Dr. Michal Palacz, and co-promoter Trygve Magne Eikevik (NTNU, Trondheim, Norway).
