The thirty fifth of all 50 Weeks in the City of Science is the Cancer Week. 

The Medical University of Silesia coordinates yet another week as part of the European City of Science celebrations. From September 2^nd, it will be a Cancer Week.

During this week, participants will learn about different types of cancer, treatment methods and possible ways of prevention.

The events will focus primarily on human diseases, but also on the topic of plant cancer. One of the topics will also be the application of artificial intelligence in medicine.
