Summary of the visit to Educons University in Serbia and the workshop "Communication for environmental sciences - is microplastic "catchy" enough to attract media attention?"(part of the project "GREENLand. Microplastic – free environment”) is available on our website.
Workshop participants - scientists, PhD students and Educons students - learned, what to pay special attention to in scientific communication, as well as tools and ways to engage recipients. They could also practice speaking in front of the camera, during which they talked about their scientific research in 3 minutes.
The meeting was a great opportunity to exchange experiences and good practices in the field of scientific communication between the Silesian University of Technology and Educons University, and also resulted in new ideas for future activities.
