Individual research plan
In accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended) the PhD student is obliged to present an individual research plan to the entity running the PhD school within 12 months from the date of commencement of education.
Failure to submit an individual research plan by the specified deadline may result with removal from the list of doctoral students.
The implementation of an individual research plan is subject to mid-term evaluation in the middle of the education period. Due to the fact that a negative result of the mid-term evaluation results in removal from the list of PhD students, an individual research plan requires deliberate and responsible preparation.
The PhD student prepares an individual research plan in agreement with the supervisor or supervisors. If a co-supervisor is appointed, the individual research plan should be approved by him.
