Innovation Leader of the Silesian University of Technology

The interdisciplinary team under the joint direction of Dr. D. Adamecki, Dr. E. Maciak and Dr. W. Kostowski won second place in the "Innovation Leader of the Silesian University of Technology" competition for the solution "Optomechanical transducer for measuring the degree of an expansion joint on transmission pipelines" developed and tested in the industry.

The creators would like to thank Gaz-System S.A., the company financing the project, whose representative, Mr. Janusz Pietruszewski, attended the award ceremony.
