Metropolitan Climathon 2021: Whole Metropolis for the climate!
Metropolis of Upper Silesia and Zagłębie together with the Fortis Pro Nobis Foundation is organizing an event in the Śląskie Voivodeship for the second time this year: The Metropolitan Climathon.
In this year's edition, participants will face the challenges of energy efficiency.
The theme of this year's Climathon is "Energy in the city - Energy Efficient Metropolis".
During this 24-hour, international event, new solutions for climate protection in the Metropolis will be selected. Prizes will be funded for the best of them, including money, material and mentoring.
Climathon is organized simultaneously in several hundred cities around the world. The final of this year's edition in the Śląskie Voivodeship will be held on October 28-29. The topic is energy efficiency in a broad sense - these are only some of the problems faced by the cities of the Metropolis, which may be discussed by participants of the climate hackathon.
Metropolitan Climathon 2021 is a unique event also because it is carried out in cooperation with residents, non-governmental organizations, experts and entrepreneurs.
