The Green House Certificate
The Green House Certificate, developed by PLGBC, is the first multi-criteria certification for residential construction. It is addressed to both housing developers and private investors who want to create their dream home, in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction.
Only newly constructed housing investments - multi-family and single-family buildings can be certified in the Green House system. Housing investments with the Green House certificate will differ in the solutions used, depending on the criteria established at the design stage. However, each of them will be characterized by low energy consumption, high quality of materials used, quality of workmanship and respect for the natural environment. All this means that a certified green house / flat will have a higher market value compared to a standard residential building.
December 8 this year. we invite architects and designers to a unique, open training in the Green House Certificate, developed by PLGBC.
