UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE

  • assessment of the mechanical properties of various materials in the range of loads up to 100 kN. With this device it is possible to carry out one-axis tension (also materials with a diameter of less than 1 mm commonly used for the production of vascular, oesophageal, tracheal and ureteral stents), compression, three- and four-point bending, etc.

OPEN PLATFORM

  • tests of adhesion of layers and coatings on a micro scale and hardness of layers and coatings in the scope of tests on the scale of micro and nano biomaterials and layers used in prosthetics and medicine.

MICRO HARDNESS TESTER

  • Vickers hardness measurement for loads from 10 g to 10 kg

UNIVERSAL HARDNESS TESTER

  • enables measurement of hardness using Vickers, Brinell and Rockwell methods, for loads of 3 – 750 kg

3D SCANNER

  • creating accurate three-dimensional scans of arches, as well as the position of the implant. The scanner enables: precise scanning of plaster models and digital recording on a hard drive and carriers, generation of a digital model on the basis of which most permanent prosthetic works (crowns, bridges – including circular bridges, crown inlays, crown-root inlays, prosthetic abutments, wax-ups), temporary works, demonstrative models, possibility of direct cooperation with a numerical milling cutter, possibility of direct cooperation with CAD software. CAD software enables full cooperation with a numerical milling cutter and a three-dimensional scanner and designing prosthetic restorations in a virtual environment

  • Printers operate in FDM/FFF technology (applying subsequent layers of melted material)
  • Printing material – 1.75 mm diameter filaments (PLA, ABS, Nylon, composites, e.g. LayWood, etc.)

Slicer software: Cura, Slic3r, Simplyfi3D, 3DGence Slicer, and Pronterface for preparing batch files for 3D printing and controlling printers as well as the printing process.

In addition, CAD software (Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks) is used to develop computer models for printing.
