Akademik na rok 2015/2016

WNIOSEK o przyznanie miejsca w domu studenckim na rok akademicki 2015/2016 należy złożyć w Dziekanacie do 6.06.2015 r.

Opłatę za miesiąc październik należy uregulować w terminie od 14.08.2015 – nieprzekraczalnie do 11.09.2015 (decyduje data wpływu na konto akademika) – w tytule wpłaty należy zaznaczyć, że jest to wpłata za miesiąc październik.

Brak wpłaty oznacza rezygnację i automatyczne skreślenie z listy osób, którym przyznano miejsce w domu studenckim.
