A high-performance device for the separation of fine-grained materials, where there are differences in the ability to accumulate surface charges and electrical conductivity. As a result of separation, up to six products can be obtained.

Electrostatic drum separator. Thanks to construction, it enables quick change of separation parameters, including rotational speed and voltage (up to 30 kV). The design of the device allows easy adjustment of shutters for three or two products.


Spiral separators: Reichert LG-7 and Reichert LD-4

These separators have one spiral-wound trough. The forces acting on the grains of the flowing suspension cause their separation due to their density.


Spiral separator Krebs 2.85

The separator has two spiral-wound troughs. It is possible to add additional water directly into the trough. Reichert and Krebs separators differ in diameter and spiral pitch.

Glow Discharge Atomic Emission Spectrometer
GDS850 and GDS500 LECO

Spectrometer LECO GDS850A enables determination of 58 elements contents simultaneously mainly in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With an additional RF option, the GDS is capable of quantifying non-conductive thin oxide layers, at nanometer resolution, on materials such as stainless steel.

The GDS500A features improved performance, stability, linearity, accuracy, and precision in steel, iron (including as-cast), aluminium, copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt, tungsten, and titanium.

Microscope is equipped with an observation system using two independent optical paths allowing observation of spatial objects, thanks to its high depth of field. CCD camera with high resolution 12Mpix. Acquisition and image analysis system Axio Vision.

High resolution scanning electron microscope is designed to be used for surface analyses of all groups of engineering material, both conducting and non-conducting electric charges. Analytical equipment allows to determinate materials chemical composition in micro areas and allow to perform diffraction analyses. Large microscope chamber can be used for studies of standard size samples as well as small complete industrial object and products. High resolution observation ability allows to carry out wide range of nanotechnology projects.

The four-pot vibrating mill with flexibly suspended chambers enables the simultaneous grinding of four material samples. Grinding takes place in steel pots in which steel bars of various diameters are placed.

The roll-impact mill consists of two rotating Teflon bowls in which milling media are placed. The device allows the use of chemical reagents during grinding.
