IT project management in industry
The aim of the project is to build a platform for storing and making public program code using single-user computers and the GIT platform.
In the course of the PBL realisation, the techniques used will be mainly classical (e.g. PMBOK), agile (e.g. SCRUM) and lean (e.g. Kanban) methods of project management and software development processes. The range of work will concern defining the scope of activities necessary to write an application and its testing with the use of the GIT platform in accordance with the methodology adopted within the foundations of software testing processes and preparing the final product for implementation in business practice.
