Konkurs Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship - nabór wniosków do 14 lutego 2014 r
Do 14 lutego 2014 r. trwa nabór wniosków w ramach konkursu Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship. Konkurs adresowany jest do studentek oraz doktorantek w swojej pracy naukowej zajmujących się informatyką lub dziedzinami pokrewnymi. Laureatki konkursu otrzymają stypendium w wysokości 7 000 euro lub jego ekwiwalent.
Wnioskodawcy muszą spełniać następujące warunki:
· być studentką studiów licencjackich, magisterskich lub doktoranckich w roku akademickim 2013/2014;
· planować dalszy tok studiów w roku akademickim 2014/2015 na uczelni w Europie, na Bliskim Wschodzie lub w Afryce;
· być studentką na kierunku informatyka, inżynieria komputerowa lub pokrewnym;
· mieć dobre wyniki w nauce.

Musi zawierać ona komplet następujących dokumentów:
· informacje osobowe - w tym informacje o jednostkach, z którymi kandydatka jest lub będzie związana w roku akademickim 2013/2014 i 2014/2015;
· aktualny życiorys - maksymalnie dwie strony;
· potwierdzenie bycia studentką z jednostki naukowej;
· list referencyjny od opiekuna naukowego;
· esej.
