Bachelor's/Master's diploma examination
THE CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION TO THE FINAL DIPLOMA EXAM:
- Approval by the supervisor of the diploma thesis uploaded to the APD system, in accordance with the procedure available at
- and at the same time: Sending the request to organize the examination commission, written according to the current template, addressed to egzaminydyplomowe_rau@polsl.pl
- Obtaining all the required grades, including the final project/master thesis grade from the supervisor, entered in the USOS
- Library certificate - sent to BOS, according to the field of study. The certificate can be obtained by sending an e-mail to the address bg.wypozycz@polsl.pl
Additionally:
- Annexes 1.4 and 1.5 only for a copy of the diploma in English (set B)
- Annex 1.6 and 1.7 - applies to students who started their studies in the academic year 2017/18, 2018/2019, with confirmation of the diploma fee: https://www.polsl.pl/rd1-cos/cosdyplomy
- Data for the supplement only in the case of participation in the ERASMUS program or research clubs, with an additional translation of this data into English - sent to BOS, according to the field of study (attachment)
