The common title of the panel was: "Digital twins in Industry 4.0 – from simulation to intelligent management"
The discussion was focused on the role of digital twins in industrial transformation, from their use in simulation to the intelligent management of production and engineering processes. Experts from different fields presented academic and industrial perspectives and discuss real-life implementations and future directions of this technology. The debate covered the integration of digital twins in Industry 4.0 systems, practical implementations in industry, as well as application aspects and technological challenges.
