Workshops on the development of a scientific career
The Spanish University of León invites scientists from partner universities of the EURECA-PRO consortium to an international workshop on research career development, which will take place on 30th – 31st January 2023.
Recruitment lasts until December 20th, 2022.
Participants of the workshop will discuss the development of a scientific career in their own universities and countries, touching on e.g. issues such as quality assessments, work-life balance, gender equality.
The aim of the meeting is to identify the best practices from each university and from each country and to propose a common framework for the development of a scientific career within the EURECA-PRO consortium, which can be transferred to the European level.
The University of León reports that it is possible to extend the stay for a few days to integrate with local scientists and initiate potential research networks.
Registration lasts until December 20th, 2022. Each partner university can choose 3-5 representatives. Participation in workshops and a trip to Spain can be financed from the Erasmus+ program funds.
