Training "Teaching process design"

On March 29^th, the first training “Designing a didactic process using Microsoft 365 Copilot digital tools” was held at the Centre for Modern Education.

The meeting inaugurated a series of trainings in the field of modern methods of education, dedicated to the academic staff of the Silesian University of Technology. During the training participants:

• Improved the skills of designing the didactic process based on the Backward Design method and the SMART model;
• Developed competencies in the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot digital tools as support in the didactic design process, with particular emphasis on verification of learning outcomes;
• They tested the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot digital tools to build and support relationships in the learning process.

The initiated training cycle is led by Dr Stefan Nowicki, digital competence trainer of academic teachers, instructional designer, graduate of the Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Learning (Online Learning Consortium & Washington State University). Certified Microsoft PowerPoint Specialist, Word Expert and Minecraft Trainer.

Further trainings are carried out according to the schedule, and the whole cycle will end in June this year.
