Training on the regulations on the national e-invoice system (KSeF)
In connection with the entry into force of the regulations on the national e-invoice system (KSeF) and obligations resulting from the implementation of the regulations in our University on February 1st , 2026, we invite you to the training, it will take place on the 29th of January 2026 from 9:30 to 13:30 in Hall 100 of the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering.
The training program includes, among others, the following topics:
- What is the National E-Invoices System and what is a structured invoice,
- The obligation to issue invoices in the KSeF and the manner of their transmission,
- Circulation of invoices documenting purchases of goods and services,
- The impact of KSeF regulations on the internal processes of our University.
The training is addressed in particular to the management staff and to employees handling documents in the SOD Intradok system and in the D365 system.
