The Silesian University of Technology will cooperate with the City of Rybnik in the field of promotion and popularization of science and didactics. The cooperation agreement was signed by the Vice Rector for Collaboration with Civic and Economic Environment, Dr Hab. Eng. Marcin Staniek and the Mayor of Rybnik Piotr Kuczera.

The city of Rybnik has committed to propose project topics – current and necessary for the city, which can be implemented as part of didactic classes at the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology and specialist consultations on the subject.

Silesian University of Technology has committed to developing topics that can become an inspiration for the city authorities in solving problems in the field of urban planning and architecture.

The scope of cooperation also includes joint activities for the development of Rybnik, didactics conducted at our University, as well as cooperation in the implementation of didactic projects, including those within PBL oriented classes.
