New Application Form for Intellectual Property (ZDI Card)

We would like to inform you that on the website of the Centre for Incubation and Technology Transfer, in the tab "Documents to download" https://www.polsl.pl/rjo4-citt/citt-dokumenty/ there is a new template of the Application Form for Intellectual Property. Please use the new template when submitting your intellectual property created at the University, in accordance with the provisions of §12 p. 2 of the Regulations on intellectual property management.
