The International Carnival Ball
Welcome Point cordially invites to the International Carnival Ball, which will take place on February the 10th, 2026 at 17:00 in the Employees’ Club of the Silesian University of Technology.
We invite students, PhD students, and employees of the Silesian University of Technology, as well as their families – also with children. It will be a great opportunity to spend time together, exchange experiences, make new friends and have fun in a joyful, carnival atmosphere.
The event aims to gather participants from various corners of the world and create a space conducive to the international integration of the Silesian University of Technology community.
We encourage participants to wear carnival costumes or traditional costumes characteristic of their country. Colourful costumes and national accents will emphasize the international character of the event and give it a unique atmosphere.
The International Carnival Ball is an evening full of music, dance, smile, and integration. Regardless of origin, age, or culture – everyone will find a place for themselves and will feel part of one, great community of the Silesian University of Technology.
We cordially invite everyone – both Poles and international students and employees staying at the university.
