The Final Gala: “Girls, it’s Time for Tech!”
Awards for the best projects, honouring partner schools, discussion panel on the role of women in shaping science and technology – on March the 10th, the Final Gala of the “Girls it’s Time for Tech!” program will take place at the Education and Congress Centre of the Silesian University of Technology.
The Final Gala is the culmination of a one-year program that inspired secondary school female pupils to explore science, technology, and engineering (STEM), develop their technical competencies, and build confidence in making future educational and professional decisions. Within "Girls It's Time for Tech!” programme, more than 200 female pupils took part in workshops at the Silesian University of Technology, which introduced them to the world of science and technology. The program was implemented by the “Perspektywy” Educational Foundation and Stellantis in cooperation with the Centre for Modern Education of the Silesian University of Technology.
The Final Gala is a symbolic moment of celebration of the courage, passion, and potential of young women in the world of science. The event will take place on the 10th of March 2026 at the Educational and Congress Centre of the Silesian University of Technology at 18B, Konarskiego Street from 12:00-14:30.
