The field of artificial intelligence and robotics in medicine at the Silesian University of Technology

Are you thinking about expanding your competences? Choose postgraduate studies in a forward-oriented and developing field: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in Medicine. The course is run jointly by two universities – Silesian University of Technology and Silesian Medical University.

Silesian University of Technology invites for free postgraduate studies in artificial intelligence and robotics in medicine. The studies are financed by the Medical Research Agency as part of the original project entitled: "Innovative medicine based on facts, IT, AI and robotics".

Artificial intelligence and robotics have great potential in medicine, improving diagnosis, optimizing treatment and used in various surgical procedures of medical robots that enable precise and minimally invasive interventions, including in rehabilitation or patient care.

The recruitment for the second edition of postgraduate studies will be carried out from 13.01.2025 to 31.01.2025.

Classes will be conducted in hybrid formula, online and on-site at the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze and the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology.

Students will gain the skills to design, implement, and evaluate innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence and robotics that will contribute to improving the quality of healthcare, shortening the time of diagnosis, increasing the precision of treatments, and improving medical processes.
