The EURECA-PRO Workshop is currently taking place
The EURECA-PRO Workshop will be taking place at the Silesian University of Technology Library until July the 10th. The aim of the workshop is to create a space for joint work on key issues that emerged during the concluding week at the University of León.
The event participants were welcomed by the Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation Prof. Dr. Hab. Eng. Sebastian Werle.
- At the Silesian University of Technology there are guests from all universities belonging to the European University EURECA-PRO. The program of the event refers, among others, to what the consortium deals with and is associated with the 12th Sustainable Development Goal of the UN, i.e. Responsible Consumption and Production. It includes discussions, strengthening cooperation, but also regional aspects because the participants will visit our region. I think it is a great time combining education, culture, and cooperation – explains Vice-Rector Sebastian Werle.
During the meetings, procedures concerning student and employee mobility and best practices in international recruitment are being discussed. The guests will also have the opportunity to listen to the lecture of Dr Eng. Arch. Ryszard Nakonieczny and will visit the Palace in Koszęcin - the seat of the Stanisław Hadyna Song and Dance Ensemble “Śląsk.”
