Students’ projects with grants
Two projects of students of the Silesian University of Technology received grants after re-evaluation of the subject matter within the non-competitive project “Support for students in the field of improving their competences and skills” (Measure 01.05 Skills in Higher Education, European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027) implemented by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, the service of which is provided by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW).
The aim of the project is to support students in the development of their competences and skills, scientific activity, innovation, and creativity by enabling them to participate in international competitions, and conferences.
Co-financed projects:
- “Experimental analysis of mechanisms of regulated cell death – models of ferroptosis and ferritinophagy in conditions of oxidative stress” – co-financing amount: PLN 45 641,73 (including PLN 37 663,56 from EU funds)

- “Participation of the Silesian Phoenix team in the international Rover Challenge class competition” – the amount of co-financing: PLN 374 645,10 (including 309 157,14 PLN from EU funds)

We kindly inform you about the possibility of reporting to the Managing Authority or the Intermediate Body of any suspicion of non-compliance of the University’s project or activities with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, signed in New York on December 13, 2006 Journal Of Laws of 2012 item 1169 , as amended) , hereinafter referred to as KPON, Signals, notifications or complaints concerning FERS projects’ non-compliance with the provisions of the KPON may be provided by natural persons (project participants or their representatives), institutions involved in the implementation of the European Union funds, the social party (associations, foundations), by means (in each case the notification is considered to be submitted in writing):
1) traditional mail - in the form of a letter to the following address: Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, ul Wspólna 2/4, 00-926 Warsaw or the Intermediary Institution: National Centre for Research and Development, ul. Chmielna 69, 00-801 Warsaw,
2) the e-puap mailbox of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy or the Intermediary Institution: /MIR/SkrytkaESP or /NCBiR/SkrytkaESP.
