Student Culture Festival
On October 25th, 2022, the Student Culture Festival will be held at CKS Mrowisko. The event is aimed at students and youth from secondary schools.
As part of the festival, you will be able to see the music performance "Just Between Us", performed by the Music Stage of the PULS Theatre from the Student Culture Centre of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań. Songs by Agnieszka Osiecka, Zbigniew Wodecki and Piotr Bukartyk will be presented, among others.
The event is part of a larger project: the Student Culture Forum. In its assumption, the event covers the issues of the position of student culture in the awareness of Polish society. In 2019 ACKiM UMCS Chatka Żaka together with the National Centre for Culture conducted research on the diagnosis of student culture in Poland.
The results of this analysis showed that student culture has enormous potential, and at the same time is an under-recognized field. It turned out that students participate in cultural life not only as recipients, but very often they are active participants. These conclusions became the basis for establishing and developing cooperation between academic culture centres in Poland. This autumn, as part of the educational project of the student culture dimension, dozens of events will take place in 13 Polish cities.
