There will be offices, coworking spaces, lecture rooms and laboratories connected by a representative passage. Completion of works is planned for the first quarter of 2028. At the same time, a new gaming and production hall with an area of 5 000 m² will be created – a space that will create significant opportunities for, among others, the organization of e-sports events.
