Silesian University of Technology in solidarity with Ukraine

Three years ago, Russia invaded Ukraine. From the very beginning, the Silesian University of Technology in a gesture of solidarity organized support and assistance for students and employees who were staying in Ukraine at that time and for those who came to Poland. Ukrainians used collections, free places in the homes of students and employees of the Silesian University of Technology, and some of them also lived in the dormitories of the Silesian University of Technology. Some have already acclimatized at the Silesian University of Technology for good. Currently, 123 people from Ukraine study at the Silesian University of Technology (data for 31.12.2024).
