Silesian University of Technology at 4 Design Days 2026!
On January 22nd -23rd, the 10th jubilee edition of the 4 Design Days will take place at the International Congress Centre in Katowice. This is one of the most important events in Poland devoted to architecture, design, and urban planning, during which there will be an opportunity to meet scientists from the Silesian University of Technology.
4 Design Days is a great conference, which every year gathers valued architects and designers from Poland and the world, leading experts in architecture and design, investors, producers, local authorities. The focus – as always – is on key topics: sustainable design, technological innovation, ESG and new directions in architecture and design.
Silesian University of Technology and the Faculty of Architecture of our University are institutional partners of the event - together we create a space for inspiring conversations about the future of cities, design, and transformation of space.
During the event, we invite you to visit the stand of the Faculty of Architecture in the exhibition area of the ICC - we are waiting for you with projects, talks and materials about studies and research.
The 4 Design Days program also includes panels with the participation of experts from the Silesian University of Technology:
- 22nd January, 11:30-13:00 (scene 2, Ballroom B) - Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Dr Hab. Eng. Arch. Tomasz Bradecki, Professor SUT, speaker at expert panels,
- 22nd January, 13:30 - 14:30 (Stage 1, Ballroom C) and 23rd January, 15:00 - 16:00 (Stage 2, Ballroom B). Dr Eng. Arch. Krzysztof Zalewski, Prof. SUT, architect, scientist, and publicist.
In addition, on January 23rd at 13:30, the Urbanmodel science club organizes a workshop entitled “Metropolis game in Katowice” – it is a great opportunity to practically approach the issues of urban planning and design.
