Sign up for the workshop “Green technologies in the design of cosmetics”
Students and employees of the Silesian University of Technology and people from outside the academic community can take part in the last available free micro workshops implemented as part of the Silesian Voivodeship project entitled: "Building a system of coordination and monitoring of regional activities for vocational training, higher education and lifelong learning, including adult learning”.
Each participant who completes the micro-workshop will receive a certificate in the form of a micro certificate.
Why is it worth taking part in this micro-workshop?
During the classes, participants will learn the principles of sustainable design of cosmetics in accordance with the idea of green chemistry. The program includes:
• Green raw materials: You will learn what “green cosmetics” are and how to select and evaluate environmentally friendly ingredients.
• Modern trends: You will learn about innovative solutions and current directions of development of the cosmetic market.
• Law and tools: You will learn about the databases of cosmetic ingredients and the basic requirements of EU cosmetic law.
• Practical design: You will learn to create and evaluate sustainable cosmetic formulas.

Classes are held in the laboratories of the Faculty of Chemistry:
· 08/06/2026 at 15:00– 18:45
· 09/06/2026 at 15:00– 18:45
· 10/06/2026 at 13:45– 17:30
Location: Gliwice Krzywoustego 4, room 208 and 305 (the first building of "New Chemistry").
