Seminars within the Baltic University Program

We invite scientists of our University to participate in seminars as part of the Baltic University Program.

Webinars on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the BUP program

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the program in 2026, a series of webinars on sustainability and ten topics of the BUP program are planned. The organizers invite the collaborators of the BUP program to participate and submit proposals for presentations. The deadline for applications for the first webinars, which will take place in spring 2026, is December 14th, 2025. BUP research news

Researchers from universities participating in the program are invited to share their research results. Research should be related to sustainable development in the context of the Baltic Sea region. It is a way to increase the scope of research, as well as an opportunity for colleagues from the Baltic Sea region to find potential collaborators for future research. Symposium “Universities as Factors for Change in Sustainable Development”

You are invited to attend a symposium on this subject, which will take place at the University of Tallinn from 18th to 19th March 2026. This event will provide an opportunity to forge new partnerships and jointly develop practical strategies to harness the full potential of universities to address the most pressing environmental, social, and economic challenges of our time. The deadline for submitting abstracts is 15th December 2025.
