Scientific Seminar within POB1

On 19 January 2022, a scientific seminar will be held within the framework of POB1, during which a lecture "Trustworthy radiomics" will be given by Przemysław Biecek PhD, Professor of PW & UW.

The year 2021 was marked by a discussion on a proposal to regulate the development of artificial intelligence in the European Union, referred to as the AI act. The leading theme of this document is Trustworthy AI, which is supposed to be an answer to numerous reports on insufficiently tested artificial intelligence solutions implemented on a mass scale and with mass consequences. During the lecture, Professor Przemysław Biecek will talk about the explanatory pyramid proposed in the monograph Explanatory Model Analysis (https://ema.drwhy.ai/), as well as similarities and differences in explanatory models for tabular and pictorial data, and will present the xLungs project.

The seminar will take place on 19 January 2022 at 4 p.m. on the Zoom platform.
