Scholarships of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for students of the Silesian University of Technology
13 students of the Silesian University of Technology received scholarships from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for significant scientific, sports or artistic achievements for the academic year 2025/2026. The list of the winners was announced by the Ministry on March 17th, 2026.
An Advisory Panel was established to assess applications for scholarships. It consisted of experts representing all scientific and artistic disciplines, which ensured a reliable and comprehensive assessment of applications.
In this year’s call, 1155 applications were submitted that met the formal requirements. Finally, the Minister of Science and Higher Education awarded scholarships to 402 students for significant scientific, artistic, and sporting achievements for the academic year 2025/2026.
Among the scholarship holders there were 13 students of the Silesian University of Technology, whose success confirms the high level of education and commitment to the scientific development of our University.
The winners of the program will receive a scholarship in the amount of PLN 17 000, which is a recognition of their achievements and potential for further development.
