Santander Open Academy invites to participate in trainings

With spring, new opportunities for growth emerge! Santander Open Academy has prepared new development opportunities for students and not only them. Participants of the training have the opportunity to travel to the heart of the European Union – Brussels and visit, among others, the European Parliament.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the currently available free trainings as part of the Santander Open Academy.

Santander Open Academy is a non-profit initiative of the Santander Group that helps to develop the professional skills needed to improve employability and the future. This global platform offers everyone access to 100% of subsidized training, free, high-quality educational content, and scholarships from leading universities and institutions.

Language training

The offer includes, among others, language training. There are 100 training courses with a tutor. Choose from 5 foreign languages – English, Spanish, German, French and Italian, as well as 3 courses in specialist English: Business English, Travel English or eTutor baccalaureate. The recruitment process runs until June 2, 2025.

Study visit to Brussels and European Banker Certificate EFCB 3E UEK 2025

One can also register for a free online training on the European banking market, which guarantees a visit to Brussels after the theoretical stage.

The study visit to Brussels will include a 3-day trip, which includes workshops, meetings, and visits to European institutions. Flights, accommodation, and food will be paid for. Participants will receive a certificate confirming participation in the study visit. The course is focused on obtaining a certificate (European Certificate of Banker EFCB 3E). The training guarantees 100% funding for the exam and access to educational materials, including trial tests. Registration is open until 22 April 2025.

In addition, Santander Open Academy offers many other interesting trainings, including Excel, Power Bi, Python, artificial intelligence (AI), project management, critical and strategic thinking, effective communication in speech and writing, leadership, or well-being. Training is 100% online and can be done at your own pace.
