Recruitment for the ICON 2026 program

SGroup announces the call for proposals for the InterContinental Academic Exchange Program (ICON) 2026.  The project is addressed to academic and administrative staff and doctoral students of SGroup member universities.

The program enables the implementation of short-term foreign mobility in partner institutions, thus supporting professional development, knowledge transfer and building long-term intercontinental partnerships in the area of education and research. In 2026, 18 grants of up to €3000 were foreseen to cover mobility costs.

The first call for proposals runs from the 7^th of January to 23^rd of February 2026, while the second call (launched only in the case of not using funds in the first call) from the 6^th to 25^th of April 2026.
