Recruitment for post-graduate studies as part of the “Staff for the Future” project

On 14–18 July 2025, a recruitment for postgraduate studies will be held, addressed to adults who wish to improve their competences or acquire new professional qualifications on their own initiative.

The studies are carried out as part of the project “Staff of the Future – comprehensive support for professional development of adults from the central region of Silesia.” The project is implemented by the Local Development Agency S.A. in partnership with the Silesian Incubator of Entrepreneurship sp. z o.o and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, as part of the FESL.06.06 – Adult Education – ESF+ action. It is addressed to adults living or working in the central subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship (cities Bytom, Chorzów, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Gliwice, Jaworzno, Katowice, Mysłowice, Piekary Śląskie, Ruda Śląska, Siemianowice Śląskie, Sosnowiec, Świętochłowice, Tychy and Zabrze, as well as districts : Będziński, Bieruńsko-lędziński, Gliwice, Lubliniecki, Mikołowski, Mikołowski, Mikołowski, Pszczyński and Zawierciański).

The support is addressed to adults who on their own initiative plan to improve their skills/competences or change/acquire new qualifications (registered in the ZSK/ZRK) enabling development toward professional, digital skills necessary to take up work in the green economy sector.

Specific support shall be addressed to disadvantaged adults:

🔹 with disabilities,
🔹 the unemployed,
🔹 with maximum secondary education,
🔹 over 55 years of age,
🔹 in a crisis of homelessness or housing exclusion,
🔹 minority groups or marginalized communities.

Funding: 95% of the study value

🔹 Maximum amount: $10 000 gross per person
🔹 Participant's own contribution: Only 5%
