"Professor Mieczysław Chorąży in memoriam". Meeting at the Museum in Gliwice

The University of Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Museum in Gliwice invite you to a meeting in memory of Professor Mieczysław Chorąży, the doyen of Polish oncology, for many years associated with the National Institute of Oncology in Gliwice.

This outstanding scientist and Warsaw insurgent died on February 20, 2021. The Professor will be remembered by Professor Krzysztof Składowski, Director of the NIO in Gliwice, as well as Professor Piotr Widłak and Professor Barbara Jarząb - the current PAU Visitors Bureau Coordinator.

The meeting will take place on June 24th (Thursday) at 4 pm in Villa Caro, Dolnych Wałów Street.

Admission free.
