Prof. Remigiusz Sosnowski has died

We regret to inform you that prof. Dr hab. Eng. Remigiusz Sosnowski - Dean of the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering in 1990-1996 and Vice-Rector for Science at the Silesian University of Technology in 1996-2002 has died. He was also an Honorary Professor of the Silesian University of Technology.

The memorial service will be held on September 16^th, 2022, at 9.00 in the Church of the parish of St. Michael the Archangel at 20, Gawronów Street in Katowice. A private funeral ceremony will be held in Tarnów.
