Prof. Brian Kobilka’s entry in the Memorial Book

Professor Brian Kobilka, to commemorate his visit to the Silesian University of Technology, left an entry in the Memorial Book. In it, he emphasized our hospitable reception at the University and noticed the commitment of the academic community to scientific and social matters.

Dear Rector and Vice-Rector,

I want to thank you for your hospitality during our stay in Gliwice. We are very impressed with the Silesian University of Technology and the quality of research conducted here. We admire your generosity towards Ukrainian refugees and appreciate the opportunity to meet them. We also really liked the opportunity to learn about the history of Silesia.
