Priority Research Area 5 (POB5) conference
The 3rd edition of the POB5 thematic conference will be held on 12 January. The meeting will be conducted in a remote mode.
The conference will focus on two sub-areas:
- Sub-area 11: Digital transformation, maturity models, business models - coordinator: dr Miroslaw Matusek (miroslaw.matusek@polsl.pl)
- Sub-area 12: Methods of rapid prototyping and design of multicontext control and multicontext systems - coordinator: dr hab. inż. Adam Milik, prof. PŚ (adam.milik@polsl.pl)
The special guest of the meeting will be Professor Remigiusz Wiśniewski from the University of Zielona Góra. Together with his team, the professor will present his work on the design of concurrent control systems. The presentation consists of two parts. The first will introduce the theoretical elements of design and verification using Petri nets and original methods concerning the evaluation of the correctness of the description. In the second part, practical applications of the developed methods in control systems will be demonstrated.
