Polish-Swiss cooperation has been initiated
The Silesian University of Technology has entered into a memorandum of understanding agreement with the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
The agreement was signed by the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology, Professor Arkadiusz Mężyk, and representatives of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce - President of the Management Board Michał Stępień and Vice-President of the Management Board Rafał Kijonka.
The cooperation will also include the organisation of joint workshops, conferences and seminars devoted to entrepreneurship and Industry 4.0. The parties also declare assistance in students’ career development.
- We have broad plans, not only for tomorrow but for the next few years at least. This includes support for students in organising internships in Swiss companies - this is what Ulrich Schwendimann, managing director of the Chamber, said about the planned cooperation.
This agreement will also lead to cooperation in promoting and developing Polish-Swiss economic ties.
