“Pipi's Adventures" Charity Performance
The Mrowisko Student Culture Centre invites you to the Charity Performance "Pipi's Adventures". The performance by the "Wit-Wit" Theatre will be shown on February 19th , 2023. Income from the event will be donated to the treatment and rehabilitation of Maria Klewar, under care of the Iskierka Foundation.
Adventures of Pipi” is a story about the adventures of a well-known freckled girl with red hair braided into two braids and a patched dress. The performance will be shown on February 19th at 4:00 p.m. in CKS Mrowisko.
Income from the event will be donated to the treatment and rehabilitation of Maria Klewar, under care of the Iskierka Foundation. Four-year-old Marysia fell ill in September 2021 and received a diagnosis: a kidney tumour. The girl became a patient of the Department of Oncology, Haematology and Chemotherapy of the Upper Silesian Children's Health Centre in Katowice, where she underwent surgery to remove a kidney with a tumour and treatment with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Unfortunately, in June this year, Marysia was diagnosed with a recurrence of the disease and is now undergoing high-risk treatment with stem cell autograft.
