"Perły nauki" (transl. “Pearls of Science”) - a new programme launched by the Minister of Education and Science
The call for proposals for the programme "Pearls of Science" has been launched. The programme is intended to support higher education institutions in creating conditions for the development and implementation of scientific research for outstanding graduates and students.
The call for the new programme of the Minister of Education and Science "Pearls of Science" will be open until 18 February. The programme focuses on supporting entities of the higher education system so that they can create conditions for the development of outstanding students and graduates. The support can be addressed to graduates of first-cycle studies or students who completed the third or fourth year of long-cycle master's degree studies.
The precondition for participation in the programme is to present a project for which the implementation period does not exceed 48 months. The applicant needs to indicate a person responsible for the project implementation, a scientific supervisor or an artistic manager of the project.
The cost of the project implementation in the field of science and life sciences, engineering and technical sciences may not exceed PLN 240,000. The money may be used for the purchase of scientific and research apparatus, IT infrastructure or equipment.
Universities, research institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences and research institutes are eligible to participate in the programme. Details of the programme can be found on the website Perły nauki - Ministerstwo Edukacji i Nauki - Portal Gov.pl (www.gov.pl)
