Our students returned from the Yanshan University Summer School
The International Summer School “Zhilian Shanhai” organized on 12-25 July 2025 by Yanshan University in Qinhuangdao, China has come to an end. The course was attended by 10 students of the Silesian University of Technology together with a tutor from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
The organization of the Summer School was possible thanks to a previous visit to Yanshan University by the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Prof. Marcin Adamiak and Vice-Dean for Student Affairs and Education Prof. Mirosław Bonk.
During the Summer School students divided their time between classes at the university and learning about Chinese culture. The time spent in China allowed us to supplement their knowledge with specific areas of study conducted at Yanshan University and obtain a certificate of completion of the Summer School.
The success of the cooperation between the Silesian University of Technology and Yanshan University allows us to plan further joint activities.
